Now I’m making it every few days so I always have it on hand and drink some everyday or make a soup with it that I have a bowl or two of everyday. Probably too soon to realize the full benefits yet. I do use bulletproof collagen in my smoothies also, although I will probably be switching to Dr. Axe’s collagen powder for reasons I won’t go into here.
