I was the type of person who up until my late 30s could eat whatever I wanted and never work out and rarely gained a pound. At this point I have two choices, be miserable and hungry all of the time, or be 20 pounds over weight and be happy, I chose the latter. So I resolve to be sane and good to myself and I formulate another plan: I will try and make exercise a priority. I will keep eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Your thoughts about finding a trainer actually echoes what I had started thinking. I only hesitate because of my work schedule. I put in 75 hours last week, which although a little heavier than usual, isn’t unheard of. Easy, right?  This may be the hardest part.  There are plenty of things you can try.    Melatonin and or magnesium at night.  Massages.  Yoga.  Meditation.  Hot baths before bed.  Black out windows and cooler temperature in your bedroom.  A good shrink.  There’s really no shortage of suggestions.  It may be time to experiment if you’re not getting enough good sleep.

Whenever you want a snack, drink a 12-ounce glass of water, then eat the fruit. Not only will you feel full, but most importantly you'll stay that way until dinner. And your hips will thank you.

my problem is I don’t eat breakfast or lunch during the week cause of work I join the Kennedy Ave Wellness to help loss weight but I eat a big salad and some turkey sausage when I get home then drink I have trouble keeping food down so the clinic gave me something to take with my meal at work can’t eat while cooking therefore when I get done cooking it’s almost time for me to come home
